Cough Syrup is usually a sweet liquid that contains medicine used to stop coughing.

KOFEGRIL-DX

Kofegril-DX Syrup is a combination medicine used in the treatment of dry cough. It relieves allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and throat irritation. It also provides relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

COMPOSITION

Dextromethorphan HBr 10mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg + Phenylephrine HCL 5mg Syrup

Treatment of Dry cough

BENEFITS OF KOFEGRIL-DX

A dry cough, also known as a non-productive cough, is a cough where no phlegm or mucus is produced. This is irritating, usually associated with a tickly throat, and may be caused due to cold, flu, allergies, or throat irritants. Kofegril-DX suppresses dry, hacking coughs. It will also relieve allergy symptoms like watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose, or throat irritation and help you carry out your daily activities more easily.

This medicine is safe and effective. Kofegril-DX usually starts to work within a few minutes and the effects can last up to several hours. Take it as prescribed by the doctor. Do not stop using it unless you are advised to by your doctor.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Kofegril-DX may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

KOFEGRIL- A

Kofegril-A syrup helps gently soothe and relieve your child’s cough. It loosens thick mucus by increasing the water level of the mucus, thereby making it easier to cough out.

COMPOSITION

Ambroxol 15mg, Guaiphenesin 50mg, Terbutaline Sulphate 1.25mg & Menthol 1.0mg Syrup

Treatment of Cough with mucus
Kofegril-A syrup helps gently soothe and relieve your child’s cough. It loosens thick mucus by increasing the water level of the mucus, thereby making it easier to cough out. This makes breathing easy and reduces the frequency of coughing. Along with medications, drinking lukewarm water and gargling with warm salt water may also help ease symptoms for your child.
